Audience and Use
The Retail-Hospitality Service Inventory (RHSI) assesses the work styles of job applicants and employees in retail and hospitality service roles. It objectively assesses people on scales that are highly relevant to these services. It helps address important issues related to:
- Compatibility with service roles
- Employee Development
- Suitability for Customer Contact positions
- Team Effectiveness
The RHSI requires about 20 minutes to complete and may be completed in: English, Spanish, French, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, and Thai.
RHSI Reports/Results
The RHSI may be administered in either of two modalities:
1) Internet-based administration and scoring.
2) Paper-and-pencil administration and scoring.
