Development Report

Audience & Use

The PWBI Development Report is designed for individuals and organizations who are primarily interested in development rather than selection.

In contrast to the PWBI Feedback Report, which provides rich descriptive information on an individual’s work styles, the Development Report addresses action-based learning and development.  It highlights the test-taker’s highest and lowest PWBI scales, and provides several highly relevant development activities drawn directly from AAI’s book, Coaching Winners: A Leader’s Guide to Coaching and Developing Talent.

The report also encourages users to access O*NET Online, the U.S. Department of Labor’s database of detailed information on the requirements of most occupations, for further information.

The PWBI Development Report provides several development suggestions from which the individual may select the most relevant.

The Development Report provides specific development activities targeted to the individual’s lowest PWBI scale scores, and Development Action Plan Worksheets with questions to guide the user’s thinking about development planning.
