 Proven, well-researched approaches and tools are the backbone of AAI’s quality. Many clients will only experience the end-result of our research, but knowing their selection and development decisions are based on legally-defensible, rigorously-tested tools and approaches is important to them.

AAI’s proprietary Assessment/Selection tools are based on more than a decade of research and are continuously updated. They are job-related and legally defensible when properly used. They are available online or in paper/pencil versions.

AAI’s proprietary Development tools emphasize on-the-job action-based learning, reflecting the research finding that approximately 70% of employee competencies are acquired through on-the-job experiences.  Several of AAI’s tools can be used for both Assessment/Selection and Development.
