AAI employs a team of qualified organizational psychologists and consultants. Headed by Ronald C. Page, Ph.D., various independently contributing consultants continue to serve on projects according to their expertise. AAI's full-time consulting staff is listed below:
Ronald C. Page, Ph.D. has worked for the past 30 years in developing and implementing innovative human resource programs. Focusing on employee and organizational effectiveness, he has extensive experience in: competency modeling and job analysis, selection system design and validation, individual assessment, performance management, job evaluation, 360º assessment, career planning, and leadership development. He has held senior HR roles at the State of Minnesota, Control Data Corporation, Hay Management Consultants, Saville & Holdsworth Ltd., and Human Resource Consultants and has managed HR initiatives in North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. Dr. Page has authored over 40 papers, articles, book chapters, and presentations on various human resource topics and was a recipient of the 2004 Research Award from the Minnesota Career Development Association. He is a Licensed Psychologist (LP) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and has been an Adjunct Professor at the Industrial Relations Center (IRC) of the Carlson School of Management (CSOM). He obtained his Ph.D. in Counseling and I/O Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
Kay J. Owen, Ph.D., has been consulting has 30 years of experience as an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist, business executive and organizational consultant. Her areas of focus include competency modeling, selection systems design, behaviorally-based structured interviewing, 360° feedback and coaching, executive coaching, talent management, leadership development and succession planning. Kay began her professional career in Control Data Corporation’s Human Resources Research function. She has held organizational leadership positions at Thrivent Financial for Lutherans and the Executive Education group of the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management; and was a senior consultant with Lominger International and Korn/Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting prior to joining Assessment Associates International. Kay obtained her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational and Counseling Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
Nathan D. Page, has been consulting in human resources for the last five years. in that time he has worked on numerous projects including the development of personality and interest assessments, 360 degree feedback, pre-employment assessments, data analysis and research, creation of feedback reports, and development of AAI’s Internet assessment platform. He also developed and wrote a Mechanical Comprehension Test. This included item creation, psychometric analysis of items, and integration into AAI’s internet platform. Nathan graduated from the University of Saint Thomas with a Bachelor of Arts in Business with an emphasis in Human Resource Management. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Capella University's Harold Abel School of Social and Behavioral Sciences.
